This week's show included some songs from Jim Schwall, who passed away last Sunday. He was the singer and guitarist for the renowned Siegel-Schwall Band, which was part of the blues scene in Chicago before moving on to San Francisco in the late 1960s. Schwall, who spent decades living in Madison and was beloved in the local music community, even ran for Madison mayor. Learn more about him in this article from Alligator Records.
