Music is life, now more than ever! COVID-19 has disrupted our lives, our community and Seattle's vibrant music scene. I'm thankful that some of our favorite artists and musicians are utilizing this time to interact with us virtually, it's been a fun distraction. In the midst of the coronavirus craziness, we also received some great new tunes to enjoy at home. Before I get into my top songs right now, just want to remind you that you can help the struggling staff at The Crocodile in Belltown during these uncertain times.

Gorillaz - Aries - This song could be the love child of The Psychedelic furs and The Cure, I love it so much! Featuring Peter Hook (bassist and co-founder of Joy Division) and UK pop singer Georgia, this is the 80's synth pop jam we didn't know we needed during isolation.
Wallows - OK - Huge Wallows fan right here. To me, they sound like modern day Beach Boys and I have loved all the music they've released. If you're new to the Wallows club, start with their
Spring EP and then jump into this new, upbeat track, OK!
Goth Babe - End Summer - You may have heard me rave about Goth Babe's music on the airwaves and I am not sorry. You need to know about this Nashville turned PNW artist!
Griff Washburn is living the life- making music in his trailer with his dog, Sadie while exploring the beauty of Cascadia. He sold out Neumos not too long ago (remember going to concerts?!) and I really hope he comes back to deliver these fresh beats when this crisis is over. This is from his newest EP, Mt. Bachelor:
Speaking of Mt. Bachelor... that one time it followed me while floating the Deschutes River..
Stay awesome fellow music nerds, stay home and stay connected! <3< p>
