Week after week we have been loaded up with brand new music on Locals Only and this Sunday was no different. Ravenna Woods came by for the first hour of the show to play tracks from their new album Disappearing Someone. First of all, the album is really good. Second, discussing their new music video for the track "Once For The Lockhearts" lead to a conversation about sleep paralysis and night terrors. It was possibly the most creepy six minutes of Locals Only EVER.

In the second hour we were joined by Danny and Nozomi of Seattle band Dark Smith. I have been wanting to sit down with Danny for some time to talk about his Danny Denial project (go youtube that stuff) and now that his band Dark Smith is about to release their new album the timing was just right. The album is called Degressive and it will be out this Friday followed by a release party on Saturday night at Central Saloon. You should get tickets to that show as well.
As if all that news wasn't exciting enough, we will be premiering the new Dark Smith music video for their song "Waiting" this Friday. So keep an eye out for that.
