I love living here. The PNW is a special place for more reasons than I can count. One of those reasons is that we have so much great music coming out of this area that it feels impossible to keep track of all of it.
Enter Antwane Tyler...
I had never heard of Snohomish country music artist Antwane Tyler until about a month ago when someone sent me the music video for his song "Homesick".
Now I will admit that even though I spent the first part of my life raised in Sultan, WA on a steady diet of Alan Jackson, Shania Twain and George Straight, country music isn't exactly my go to these days. The first thing Antwane Tyler did was make me emotional. The second thing he did was make me want to listen to that music I was raised on again (and more of his music of course).
It's not hard to see why Antwane is blowing up the streaming services, was asked to perform at a recent Kraken game and will likely be announced for a bunch of local music festivals this year. It's also not hard to see why he's our February Locals Only Artist of the Month and why you'll be hearing "Homesick" all month long on The End.
