Thanks to Paramount + you no longer have to scour YouTube to find your favorite MTV Unplugged performances. That’s right, the streamer has added more than 100 episodes of Unplugged, as well as VH1 Storytellers and CMT Crossroads.

If you find yourself in the mood to peruse through the collection of MTV Unplugged sets, seasons 1-8 and 10-13 are now available, including Nirvana’s iconic November 1993 performance, released just seven months before the death of singer Kurt Cobain.
Some other notable performances included are season one sets by Neil Young, Sinead O’Connor with The Church, Lenny Kravitz, Elton John, Shawn Mendes and Pearl Jam. As well as season two favorites like Mariah Carey and Eric Clapton.
Season five Unplugged highlights include Bob Dylan, Tony Bennet and Stone Temple Pilots, while season six features KISS and Sheryl Crow. Plus there's Queen Latifah, Wyclef Jean, Redman, Naughty By Nature’s Treach, Poor Righteous Teachers, Lady Luck, Lords of the Underground and the Sugar Hill Gang coming together for a 2023 celebration of Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary.
Per the press release, more than 70 of the episodes have not been available for more than 20 years, making the epic drop of iconic episodes extra special, and the aforementioned notable performances, not even the half of it.
As for the CMT Crossroads collection, it includes sets by Sheryl Crow & Willie Nelson, Melissa Etheridge and Dolly Parton, The Doobie Brothers and Luke Bryan, Sting and Vince Gill, Black Pumas and Mickey Guyton. The musical specials where icons of Country and other genres collaborate in live performances and exchange stories about their mutual love for music also includes episodes with Boyz II Men and Brett Young, Halsey and Kelsea Ballerini, John Legend and Lee Ann Womack, Nelly & Friends (Kane Brown, Georgia Florida Line, Blanco Brown and Breland), OneRepublic and Dierks Bentley, Nick Jonas and Thomas Rhett, and Stevie Nicks and Lady A.
Lastly, for the VH1 Storytellers selection of episodes, which like the Unplugged and Crossroads archives is missing random seasons, songwriters tell the stories behind the inspiration and creation of their greatest songs. Featured musicians include Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen, Christina Aguilera, Coldplay, David Bowie, Ed Sheeran, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Mary J. Blige, P!NK, Ringo Starr, Snoop Dogg, Tom Waits and ZZ Top, among many more.
