Are Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker planning to have a baby? Surely, it looks like the couple may be expanding their family soon. In a new trailer for Hulu's The Kardashians released Monday, the reality star opened up about their future plans together.

"Travis and I want to have a baby," said Kardashian in a clip visiting a doctor’s office. Another scene shows Kardashian lying down during the doctor's appointment as her fiancé, Barker, kisses her hand. The two-minute trailer is currently trending on YouTube with four million views.
Kardashian shares three children with her ex-partner Scott Disick, her son Mason, 12, and daughters Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7. Barker shares two children with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, his son Landon, 18, and daughter Alabama, 16. Barker also shares a stepdaughter with Moakler, 22-year-old Atiana.
The celebrity couple got engaged in October, confirming the announcement with a romantic photo on Instagram. In an interview with Variety, Kardasian revealed that part of her relationship will be featured on the show but it won’t be the main storyline. "I definitely hold my relationship really close. It's so sacred to me and I am very protective of it. I think I've learned a lot of lessons," Kardashian shared. The Kardashians premieres on Hulu April 14.
