“Kids are meant to be with other people for their social, emotional growth. Their mental well-being, not to even mention their academic growth. So, we have really been urging all schools to look very carefully at how they’re going to do that. It’s not a matter of if but should be a matter of how. We know they can do it safely,” said Secretary DeVos.
