Acting ICE Director Pham On Sanctuary City Arrests
Tony Pham, Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, joins the Dom Giordano Program for a discussion on the law enforcement organization’s recent announcement of arrests of more than 170 at-large illegal aliens living in sanctuary junctions. Officers in Seattle, Denver, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington D.C. were active from October 3rd until the 9th, focusing on aliens subject to removal who were arrested for crimes but later released by state or local law enforcement. Pham discusses the importance of strong immigration policy, and explains what makes the notion of sanctuary cities dangerous to both citizens and local law enforcement.
