Health Director David Damsker reworked his suggestions to include masking. Hogan gives his thoughts on what happened for Damsker to flip on whether masks will be required in schools, explaining that he believes Damsker’s advisers convinced him that the requirement is the better route for Bucks County. Also, Hogan explains the purpose of his group, and how he hopes to push back against the mandates moving forward.
