NY Attorney Fights For Patients With Ivermectin Prescription To Receive Treatment

Ralph Lorigo, attorney from Western New York, joins the Dom Giordano Program after making national news following his decision to take on cases against hospitals who refuse to dole out potential Coronavirus treatments to patients. Lorigo, back in January, first began taking these cases after hearing from a family who wanted to treat their 80-year-old mother on a ventilator with Ivermectin. In this case, and each case that he has represented, a hospital would not honor prescriptions received by the patients from legitimate doctors. After presenting a lawsuit in the 80-year-old’s case, a hospital administered the treatment, and she was released from the hospital soon after. Lorigo pontificates why a hospital would not dole out specific treatments, and explains where the patient’s rights end and the hospital’s rights begin.

Former Sec. of Homeland Security Wolf on Border Issues

Chad Wolf, former United States secretary of homeland security, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the peril playing out at the border. First, Wolf tells whether the Biden administration followed through on doctrines signed with Mexico in dealing with the crisis, including the ‘Remain in Mexico’ program. Wolf lays forth the Remain in Mexico plan, explaining that he is unsurprised that the Mexican government quickly abandoned the agreement, as they have never been expected to do anything similar in the past. Then, Wolf and Giordano discuss the Biden administration messaging surrounding immigration, noting that the attitude toward the crisis portrayed by the administration only fosters an environment that invites more illegal immigrants to the border. In addition, Wolf and Giordano discuss the other factors that have added up to result in such an issue.
