Paul Matzko, editor for technology and innovation at the CATO institute, joined to discuss the murky history of the fairness doctrine for broadcasting and how it started the conservative talk radio movement to what it has become today. He also spoke on the potential return of the fairness doctrine to the media, mainly on radio and network television.
