Sharrow notes that the Rittenhouse Square condo is 4,200 feet and "spans the entire 24th floor" of the building that the former National League MVP and his family once lived in.

This, of course, isn't the only residence that Howard and his family had, given that he made more than $190 million during his 13-year career with the Phillies, the most of any player in franchise history according to Ty Daubert of Phillies Nation.

Howard previously sold his home in Blue Bell for $2.25 million back in the summer of 2016, his final season with the team. In January of 2019, Howard sold his Tampa Bay home, which featured a moat, for $16.5 million.

A three-time All-Star, Howard spent his entire career with the Phillies, hitting 382 home runs, putting him second in franchise history to only Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt. The biggest payday for the man affectionally referred to as "The Big Piece" came when he inked a five-year/$125 million extension with the Phillies in April of 2010.
