1 pound dried pasta
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions (3-4)
1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers, (optional)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, chopped
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil, (optional)
