Report: Bears To Trade Adam Shaheen To Dolphins

(670 The Score) Bears tight end Adam Shaheen's disappointing tenure in Chicago is over.
Chicago has agreed to trade Shaheen to the Miami Dolphins, Pro Football Talk reported Saturday evening. The Bears will receive a conditional sixth-round pick in return, according to the report. The trade is contingent on Shaheen passing a physical.

Shaheen, 25, was a second-round pick of the Bears in 2017 but rarely produced over the course of the past three seasons, recording just 26 career receptions in 27 games. He was also plagued by injury problems.

Shaheen played in just eight games in 2019 before he was a healthy inactive for the Bears' contest against the Lions last Nov. 10. He was later ruled to have a foot injury and didn't return for the rest of the season.
