Blackhawks Acquire Dominik Kubalik From Kings

(670 The Score) The Blackhawks acquired forward Dominik Kubalik from the Kings on Thursday evening, the team announced.

In exchange, Chicago sent a 2019 fifth-round pick to Los Angeles. The pick was previously acquired from Arizona. 

Kubalik, 23, is playing with HC Ambrì Piotta of the National League in Switzerland and will finish his season there. He leads the National League in points (43) and is second in assists (25).

Kubalik was originally selected by the Kings in the seventh round of the 2013 draft. He has never appeared in an NHL game.
