Watson, 22, will report to AHL Rockford. He has spent most of his season with the Manchester Monarchs of the ECHL, where he has 47 points (22 goals, 25 assists) in 47 games. He also made two appearances for Ontario in the AHL this season.
Watson was a seventh-round pick of the Kings in the 2014 draft. He's under contract through the end of this 2018-'19 season.
Iacopelli, 24, had two goals and two assists in 27 games at Rockford this season. He also had four goals in nine games with the Indy Fuel of the ECHL.
