Blackhawks Activate Corey Crawford

(670 The Score) The Blackhawks have their star goalie back.

The team activated Corey Crawford on Monday, signaling his return after he's been sidelined with a concussion that he suffered on Dec. 16. In a corresponding move, the Blackhawks reassigned goalie Collin Delia to AHL Rockford.

Crawford was hurt when his head the goalpost during a scramble, and it marked second straight season that he has suffered a head injury. Crawford went down in December 2017 and missed the rest of the regular season.

Crawford is 6-14-2 with a 3.28 goals against average and .902 save percentage this season.

Delia was 6-4-3 with a 3.48 goals against average and .909 save percentage in 15 games for Chicago.

The Blackhawks next play at the Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday night.
