(670 The Score) Bulls forward Chandler Hutchison's season will be cut short once again.

Hutchison, 23, will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder next Tuesday, the team announced Wednesday. The procedure is set to treat the acromioclavicular joint injury in his shoulder. He'll miss the remainder of the season, with the projected recovery timeline set at 12 to 16 weeks, the team said.

Hutchison originally hurt his shoulder on a direct blow in a game on Nov. 27. That sidelined him until early January, at which point he returned and played 19 games before reinjuring his shoulder in a game on Feb. 11 just before the All-Star break. Four weeks of rest and therapy didn't solve the problem, which is why Hutchison will now undergo surgery.

Hutchison averaged 7.8 points and 3.9 rebounds in 18.8 minutes in 28 games this season, his second in the NBA. He was also slowed by a hamstring injury in training camp and early in the regular season. Hutchison was limited to 44 games as a rookie because of a broken toe.
