After saying Hicks would be a game-time decision, the Bears will have their Pro Bowl defensive lineman back after he suffered a knee injury against the Redskins on Sept. 23 and sat out a win against the Vikings last Sunday.
The Bears are without starting quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who's dealing with a left shoulder injury. The team is hopeful he can return on Oct. 20 after the bye week. Chase Daniel will start at quarterback for the Bears. Tyler Bray was elevated from the practice squad to serve as the backup quarterback, while tight end Bradley Sowell was released in a corresponding roster move.
Trubisky, receiver Taylor Gabriel (concussion), offensive lineman Ted Larsen (knee), defensive back Duke Shelley, linebacker Joel Iyiegbuniwe, receiver Riley Ridley and defensive Bilal Nichols are inactive. Gabriel and Larsen didn't travel with the team to London.
The Raiders ruled receiver Tyrell Williams (foot) as inactive.
Kickoff between the Bears (3-1) and Raiders (2-2) comes at noon CT (6 p.m. GMT) from Tottenham Stadium. The game can be heard on WBBM Newsradio 780.
