The rookie Doles joins the Bears for what is his third stint with the team this offseason. His return comes after injuries to Bears tackles Rashaad Coward (elbow) and T.J. Clemmings (leg).
Doles was a starter at guard for Northwestern last season and was a senior captain with the Wildcats' program.
It's unclear whether Doles will play tackle or guard with the Bears.
