Spriggs, 25, was a second-round pick of the Packers in 2016. He started nine games over his first three seasons in Green Bay but spent all of 2019 on injured reserve with elbow and back problems.
Spriggs should provide depth on the Bears' offensive line and could potentially serve as their top swing tackle. Chicago added to its offensive lineman earlier this offseason by signing guard Germain Ifedi to a one-year deal.
The Bears haven't confirmed the signing of Spriggs as official.
