(670 The Score) The Cubs and lefty reliever Xavier Cedeno have agreed to terms on one-year, the team officially announced Thursday. It's a non-guaranteed deal for $900,000, according to reports.

Cedeno, 32, had a 2.43 ERA and 1.26 WHIP in 48 appearances split between the White Sox and Brewers in 2018. He has a career 3.69 ERA.

The news came after Cubs president of baseball operations Theo Epstein acknowledged the team was still seeking bullpen help as spring training opened. Cedeno will fill the 40-man roster spot that opened when the Cubs placed right-hander Kendall Graveman on the 60-day injury list.
