LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Bears right tackle Germain Ifedi will miss at least three weeks after being placed on injured reserve Wednesday with a knee injury.
The Bears don't believe Ifedi's injury is season-ending, coach Matt Nagy said. Ifedi suffered the injury during Chicago's win at Las Vegas on Sunday. Veteran Elijah Wilkinson stepped in for him.
Ifedi, 27, is playing his second season with the Bears and sixth year in the NFL. He played in every game in 2020, splitting time between right guard and right tackle. He opened this season as the starter at right tackle.
The Bears on Wednesday also placed linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu on injured reserve with a torn pectoral. He'll undergo surgery and miss the remainder of the season, Nagy said.
In other roster moves, Chicago elevated running back Ryan Nall and linebacker Sam Kamara from the practice squad to the active roster.
The Bears (3-2) host the Packers (4-1) on Sunday at Soldier Field.
