The Bears' inactives are guard Ryan Bates (concussion), running back Roschon Johnson (concussion), safety Elijah Hicks (ankle), receiver Tyler Scott, defensive end Dominique Robinson, cornerback Ameer Speed and offensive tackle Larry Borom.
Borom is a healthy scratch for the first time this season. Rookie reserve offensive tackle Kiran Amegadjie is active.
The Bears (4-8) and 49ers (5-7) will kick off at 3:25 p.m. CT on Sunday from Levi's Stadium.
