Bears rule out Akiem Hicks for Sunday in Las Vegas, activate Danny Trevathan

(670 The Score) The Bears have ruled out defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (groin) for their game against the Raiders on Sunday.

Hicks, who suffered the groin injury on his team's first defensive play in a win against the Lions last Sunday, didn't travel with the team to Las Vegas. Chicago also activated linebacker Danny Trevathan from injured reserve.

In another move, the Bears placed running back David Montgomery (left knee sprain) on injured reserve. Montgomery is expected to miss at least four weeks with his injury. Running back Ryan Nall was flexed from the practice squad to the active roster.

The Bears (2-2) take on the Raiders (3-1) on Sunday at 3:05 p.m. CT.
