(670 The Score) The Bears recently retained a star receiver in Allen Robinson by applying the franchise tag on him. Could they now be looking to add another playmaker on the outside?

Receiver Kenny Golladay met with Bears general manager Ryan Pace and coach Matt Nagy on Wednesday night, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported. Golladay is one of the best free agents available, and he’s set to meet with the Giants later Thursday, Schefter reported.

Golladay, 27, had 20 catches for 338 yards and two touchdowns in five games in an injury-plagued 2020 season. He had 65 catches for 1,190 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2019, when he reached the Pro Bowl.

The Bears’ receiver position appears set to have a new look in 2021. While Robinson and Darnell Mooney are set to be back, Chicago is shopping Anthony Miller on the trade market and Javon Wims’ future is uncertain as well.
