(670 The Score) The Bears have signed quarterback Justin Fields to his rookie contract, a fully guaranteed four-year deal, NFL Media reported Thursday.
Fields, 22, will earn $18,871,952 over the course of his four-year contract, which includes a $11,085,056 signing bonus, according to the report.
The Bears traded up nine spots to select Fields with the No. 11 pick in the NFL Draft in late April. A standout at Ohio State, Fields was 20-2 as a starter over two years with the Buckeyes and was twice named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year.
After signing Fields, the Bears have one rookie left unsigned: offensive tackle Teven Jenkins, who was selected in the second round.
