(670 The Score) Bears right tackle Bobby Massie could miss a month after suffering a left knee injury in his team's loss to the Saints on Sunday, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Massie was injured during the first quarter when his left knee appeared to buckle. He was replaced by reserve tackle Jason Spriggs, a four-year NFL veteran who would likely become the new starter during Massie's absence.
Without the 31-year-old Massie, the Bears are down three of their five starters on the offensive line. Center Cody Whitehair has a calf injury, while left guard James Daniels suffered a season-end pectoral tear back on Oct. 8. Whitehair's return could come soon.
The Bears have three games over the course of the next month, as their bye comes in Week 11. Chicago (5-3) visits Tennessee (5-2) this Sunday.
