(670 The Score) The Bears have re-signed punter Pat O'Donnell on a one-year deal, they announced Friday.

O'Donnell, 30, has been the Bears' punter since he was selected by Chicago in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He averaged 45.7 yards per punt last season, his seventh with Chicago.

The Bears also signed kicker Cairo Santos to a contract extension Thursday, a five-year deal that can be voided into a three-year contract. With that, Chicago has solidified two-thirds of its kicking battery. Long snapper Patrick Scales is set to become a free agent.
