(670 The Score) Former Bears defensive lineman Bilal Nichols is set to sign a two-year deal with the Raiders, NFL Media reported Wednesday morning.
Nichols' deal will be worth up to $11 million and includes $9 million guaranteed, according to the report. A fifth-round pick of the Bears in 2018, Nichols recorded 11 sacks in 60 games during his four seasons in Chicago.
Nichols had appeal for the Raiders, who hired former Bears personnel executive Champ Kelly as their new assistant general manager.
On Monday, the Bears reached an agreement with defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi on a three-year, $40.5-million contract.
All deals can become official at 3 p.m. CT Wednesday with the start of the NFL's new league year.
