Where do the Bulls go from here? Cowley detailed how the entire burden is on much-criticized executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas.
“Everything AK is doing from a philosophical standpoint besides upping the 3-point shooting is wrong, wrong, wrong," Cowley said. "And you deserve what you get.”
