(670 The Score) The Bulls have made another key addition to their rotation in free agency.
Forward Torrey Craig has agreed to a two-year deal to join the Bulls, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported Monday afternoon. The contract includes a player option for the second season.
The 6-foot-7 Craig, 32, averaged 7.4 points and 5.4 rebounds in 24.7 minutes across 79 games for the Suns last season. He shot 45.6% overall and 39.5% from 3-point range. Craig is a career 34.7% 3-point shooter across six NBA seasons.
Craig projects to be a key contributor off the bench for the Bulls, though he could perhaps challenge Patrick Williams for the starting power forward job. Craig has ample starting experience in the NBA, including making 60 starts for the Suns last season.
Shortly after NBA free agency opened Friday evening, the Bulls retained guard Coby White on a three-year deal worth up to $40 million and added guard Jevon Carter on a three-year, $20-million deal.
