(92.9 The Game) As of midday Monday, the Atlanta Hawks only had 10 available players heading into their game against the Chicago Bulls at State Farm Arena in the evening. Many of the players who are available are 10-day contracts.
The Hawks are also out of point guards after reserve Delon Wright landed in the health and safety protocols. Star point guard Trae Young was already in the protocols.
Who will start at point guard for the Hawks wasn't immediately clear -- could it be Lance Stephenson? -- and they're also out of power forwards.

The Bulls were hit hard by COVID-19 earlier in December, with as many as 10 players landing in protocols at the same time at one point. Despite those troubles, the Bulls have continued playing strong basketball, sitting second in the East at 20-10.
