(670 The Score) The White Sox and infielder Yolmer Sanchez have agreed to a minor league deal, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com reported Tuesday.
Sanchez, 28, was recently released by the Giants. He’ll now reunite with the White Sox, for whom he played from 2014 to 2019. The White Sox then non-tendered Sanchez last offseason.
Sanchez didn’t appear in an MLB game for the Giants this season. He’s a career .244 hitter with a .656 OPS.
Sanchez won a Gold Glove in 2019, when he also hit .252 with two homers, 43 RBIs and a .638 OPS in 149 games with the White Sox.
