Watch: Yoan Moncada hits home run in absurd fashion as Indians outfielders collide, ricocheting ball over fence


(670 The Score) What’s the opposite of a home run robbery? That’s what White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada was the beneficiary of at Guaranteed Rate Field on Friday night.

With the White Sox down 2-0 to the Indians in the bottom of the second, Moncada hit a long drive to right-center field. It was just short of the fence, but his blast went for a home run when Cleveland center fielder Bradley Zimmer and right fielder Daniel Johnson collided, with the ball ricocheting off what appeared to be Zimmer's glove and going over the fence. It was Moncada's ninth homer of the season.
