White Sox Recall Adam Engel From Triple-A

(670 The Score) The White Sox have recalled outfielder Adam Engel from Triple-A Charlotte, they announced Friday.

Engel hit .212 with one homer and four RBIs in 26 games for the White Sox early in the season before being demoted on May 5. He then hit .270 with nine homers 29 RBIs and 13 steals in 64 games with Charlotte.

Engel takes the roster spot of outfielder Charlie Tilson, who was optioned to Triple-A on Thursday.
