CLEVELAND, OH – Indians All-Star Carlos Santana won a 2019 Silver Slugger Award.
The 32-year-old posted a .281 batting average, 34 home runs and a career-high 93 RBI last season. Santana was the Indians' only starter in the All-Star Game and he had the best season of his career.

— Cleveland Indians (@Indians) November 7, 2019Santana posted the highest OPS (.911) and slugging percentage (.515) of his career. He led the Indians in most major statistics including home runs, walks, on-base percentage and runs.
The Indians traded for Santana last December. He has one year remaining on his contract.
