The Cleveland Cavaliers were busy during the opening round of the 2019 NBA Draft Thursday night.

Cleveland selected Vanderbilt guard Darius Garland with the fifth pick in the 2019 NBA Draft before picking Dylan Windler from Belmont 26th overall and trading for the 30th pick to take USC's Kevin Porter Jr.
