There’s having confidence in your Super Bowl pick and then there’s this.
Dave Portnoy, founder of Barstool Sports, has placed a $1 million bet on the Buffalo Bills to win the Super Bowl at +550 at DraftKings, per sports betting journalist Ben Fawkes.
Those odds had moved to +255 as of Thursday.
Safe to say there is a LOT riding on this bet as the Bills get ready to face the Chiefs in hopes of making it to the Super Bowl. Though this is a drop in the bucket for Portnoy.
While I’m also picking the Bills to win the Super Bowl, I think my wager will be more like just shy of this one.
