The usual chants of “Let’s go Pens” were replaced several times last year with fans wanted to see the team’s general manager gone.

“Fire Hextall.” Could be heard last season on occasion at PPG Paints Arena.

The Penguins have a new GM in Kyle Dubas and hope the team he built back to the playoffs.

While the first game was eerily similar to many losses last season, it’s still only one game.

During the game against the Blackhawks, fans were back chanting for someone to be fired, only this time is was someone who isn’t even connected to the Penguins.

Joining the crowds in recent Steelers home games at Acrisure Stadium, people inside PPG Paints were chanting, “fire Canada”, the Steelers offensive coordinator.

It doesn’t look like the call for Canada to loss his job is going to go anywhere soon.
