The Joey Gallo era in New York is reportedly at an end.
According to multiple reports, including Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, the struggling Yankee outfielder is being traded to the Dodgers for Double-A pitcher Clayton Beeter.
Gallo has been open about his pinstriped tenure not working out and likely coming to an end, and now the two-time All-Star will be heading to a different contender in Los Angeles.
Beeter, a 23-year-old righty, is a former 66th overall pick with a 5.75 ERA in Double-A this season.
