The Memphis Grizzlies dropped to 3-1 in Vegas Summer League last night after a 113-87 loss to the Boston Celtics. The Celtics dominated the 2nd half, which frustrated Grizzlies' newcomer Grayson Allen. Allen was ejected after his 2nd flagrant foul in seven seconds, in which he took a hard foul against former Tennessee Volunteer Grant Williams. Williams led the Celtics with 21pts in the win. So far Allen has 2 technicals and 2 flagrant fouls in his time with the Grizz in Summer League.
It was a pretty rough effort all around for the Grizzlies, but they will have a chance at revenge as they take on the Celtics again on Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm in the elimination round of the Vegas Summer League.
