Dallas Cowboys All-Pro cornerback Trevon Diggs took issue with a reporter's social media post after Sunday night's loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
Shortly after the game, Diggs confronted WFAA's sports anchor and reporter Mike Leslie outside of the locker room after Leslie quote-tweeted a highlight of 49ers tight end George Kittle's 43-yard play early in the third quarter, asking, “What is Trevon Diggs doing on this play?"
The exchange captured by Newy Scruggs of NBC 5 showed Diggs challenging Leslie for the post on X.
“Out of that whole play, that’s what you got from that?” Diggs angrily asked Leslie. “That’s what you got from that? Out of that whole play, that’s what you got from that?”
Leslie replied by saying, 'We can talk about it more,' to which Diggs fired back, 'We can talk about deez nuts.'
