Germantown's Seth Rider helped the United States win a silver medal in the 2024 Paris Olympics in the mixed triathalon. Rider, 27, competed in his first Olympics. The relay event involves a 300-meter swim, an 8K bike ride and a 2K run. Each team has two men and two women.
