92.9 FM ESPN won the 2024 Tennessee Broadcasters Association Award for Best Local Sports Coverage in Tenn.

A panel of judges awarded Audacy-Memphis' 92.9 FM ESPN (WMFS) the 2024 Tennessee Broadcasters Association Award for "Best Local Sports Coverage".
92.9 FM ESPN was awarded it's latest honor for 2023-24 coverage of Ja Morant's return to play in the NBA. The award was presented to 92.9 FM ESPN at the Tennessee Broadcasters Awards on Tuesday night (8/20) in Nashville, TN. at the Country Music Hall of Fame.
92.9 FM ESPN has been nominated three times for the prestigious national Marconi Award with stations from New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Dallas and is widely recognized nationally for each of it's locally hosted radio shows including the Geoff Calkins Show, Jason & John Show, Jeffrey Wright & Company, and the Gabe Kuhn Show.
