The Memphis Grizzlies stunned the Los Angeles Clippers 112–107 on Friday, November 28th, overcoming a 16-point deficit to pull off a gritty road win.
Jaren Jackson Jr. drove the comeback, pouring in 24 points, 16 of them coming after halftime to carry Memphis’ offense.
Meanwhile Zach Edey dominated the glass with 19 rebounds and added key blocks, helping steer the Grizzlies’ defense in crunch time.
Memphis’ bench also made a difference: they outscored the Clippers’ reserves by a wide margin, giving the starters room to execute in the fourth quarter. Despite a late effort from Kawhi Leonard, who dropped 39 points for the Clippers.
