Grizzlies blow first half lead to league's best OKC

The Memphis Grizzlies lost Sunday as they fell 114-100 to the Oklahoma City Thunder at the FedExForum. The Grizzlies grabbed a 62-51 halftime lead thanks to sharp shooting and ball movement but trailed 80-85 after the third quarter as the Thunder erupted for a 34-18 quarter.

The Thunder completed the comeback behind Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander’s 35 points including a blistering nine-point burst in 31 seconds during the fourth quarter. For Memphis, Jaren Jackson Jr. led with 17 points, rookie Cedric Coward chipped in a 13-10 double-double and Ja Morant managed 11 points and eight assists but shot just 3-of-18 from the field.
