Grizzlies pull together for win in Charlotte 124-100

The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Charlotte Hornets 124-100 at Spectrum Center Tuesday night (4/8), improving their record to 47-32. Ja Morant led with 28 points, 5 rebounds, and 8 assists, while rookie Zach Edey dominated the boards with 17 points and 19 rebounds on 7-of-9 shooting.

The Grizzlies overcame a scary moment when rookie Jaylen Wells was stretchered off after a fall, rallying to outrebound Charlotte 52-38. Desmond Bane and others provided support, peaking at the right time in the playoff race. For the Hornets (19-60), Miles Bridges scored 14, and Tidjane Salaun added 13, but 15 turnovers led to 25 Grizzlies points, sealing their home finale loss.
