Knicks blast the Grizzlies 143 to 106 sending a message (AUDIO: Herrington & Calkins)

Next Grizzlies game: Thursday (1/30) Memphis Grizzlies host the Rockets at 8:30 p.m. at FedExForum

The Memphis Grizzlies fell to the New York Knicks in a tough 143-106 loss at Madison Square Garden Monday night (1/27). Jaren Jackson Jr. led the Grizzlies with 21 points, but it wasn’t enough to counter a dominant Knicks performance. Mikal Bridges led all scorers with 28 points, showcasing his efficiency and versatility.

Geoff Calkins and Chris Herrington from the Daily Memphian (AUDIO):

The Grizzlies struggled defensively, allowing the Knicks to control the game from start to finish. With the loss, Memphis will look to regroup as they prepare to host the Houston Rockets at FedExForum on Thursday, January 30. The Grizzlies will aim to bounce back in front of their home crowd. Later pregame for TV (8:00 p.m.). Tip at 8:30 p.m. live on 92.9 FM ESPN.
