Jordan Brown, a former 5-star center/forward from Louisiana with one year of eligibility remaining, has committed (as announced via social media) to the University of Memphis.

CBS' Jon Rothstein described Brown as a "all-conference caliber" player.
CBS Sports' David Cobb, a weekly guest on 92.9 FM ESPN's Giannotto & Jeffrey Show, also ranked Brown as a "top 20" level transfer:
Cobb wrote, "Brown is a traditional center with a proven track record of production. He led Louisiana to the NCAA Tournament while averaging 19.3 points and 8.6 rebounds per game in the 2022-23 season. Before spending two seasons with the Ragin' Cajuns, he was the Pac-12 Sixth Man of the Year at Arizona. Brown is a former five-star prospect and will be in his sixth year of college basketball in the season ahead with skill and experience to make a significant impact for a high-major program."
